A stunning design from our Design Agency Partner FHD/Further in line with the refreshed branding for this London healthcare provider. This template has five different colour themes embedded three of which are illustrated here. Users simply select the required slide in the required colour from a choice of thumbnails and the entire slide content automatically changes to the pre-set colour theme. This template makes full use of the impressive range of PowerPoint’s capabilities which are intuitive and easy to use for all.

Design refresh and tool development
Our team was selected to review and refresh the design for reports and proposals for this well-known private bank. We introduced a refreshed interpretation and we also worked with the users and fee-earners to produce this template in PowerPoint rather than in Word which helped make the template more graphical and easier to use by most average users. The template is complimented by an automated toolbar to save time and help with common formatting tasks.
Pitch book template redesign
Like a lot of our financial clients, this company relies on PowerPoint to create their pitch books in a graphical landscape format. The template design was refreshed and re-aligned with the different investment boutiques of this client whilst ensuring that a professional technical build of the template makes it easy to use.
Financial Reporting in PowerPoint
A typical report template for financial PowerPoint documents. This Swiss Private Bank uses PowerPoint like many in the financial and consulting area, as a landscape report document. Typically, these slides are very detailed and benefit from pre-set layouts that give structure to complex information and help promote consistency, especially in recurring slides such as Case Studies or Bios. We are using specialist xml modifications in our templates to create custom table styles and help getting consistency even in a template that is not supported by extensive toolbar ribbons.
PowerPoint Proposal Template
This striking layout for an advisory company was created with plenty of easy-to-use placeholders and assets entirely developed to suit the particular use of this template. Team CVs, case studies and comparison tables were included as well as a whole suite of design templates for PowerPoint charts. The template is complimented by pre-formatted imagery and icons that can be inserted quickly to suit the particular need of the actual document.
Professional PowerPoint Report
This professional PowerPoint Report template for a consultancy is a good example for a structured page layout that can give structure to even complex pages. Large documents are easily navigated with section titles above the page title. The main message of the page is summarised in a ‘Key Message Margin’ which helps navigate information easily – even for the casual reader of such complex reports.

We created a simple automated solution for a global law firm which allows their fee earners to created graphical presentations with pre-formatted slides. The newly branded template featured rich graphics enhanced by contemporary photography. Users can access their branded presentation elements and slide libraries from within PowerPoint by using our intuitive toolbar. An in-house team keeps the solution up to date.
Multi-branded global PowerPoint solution
Fitch Ratings were looking to us for a PowerPoint solution that would incorporate their different brands with different visual identity into one set of templates for all media, printed landscape documents in A4 and US and presentations in classic 4:3 and wide-screen size. The resulting solution is entirely maintained in-house and allows brands, languages and assets to be added, modified and deleted at any time.
Automated multi-purpose PowerPoint
This template allows users to create presentations in A4 and US paper size for printed documents and for screen shows. The editing tools give access to images, disclaimers, multiple colour settings and an extensive slide library. All assets can be updated centrally and in-house without involvement from us. This sophisticated PowerPoint solution has been rolled out globally for several thousand users.
PowerPoint Toolbar for financial institution
This toolbar was created to support the client’s financial presentations. Slides and objects are inserted at the click of one button. Various slide libraries can be added in-house to one central location and are instantly available at all users desktops. Tools like these save professional users hours of formatting time. The tool is supported by a detailed illustrated user-guideline booklet. The IT department is supported with documentation for rollout and maintenance and the entire package comes in an easy to deploy MSI installer.
Power Wizard for branded presentations
For this client, we delivered an entire set of templates and library files with supporting toolbar in their striking new branding. The toolbar provides user to select logos for their entire global group and also ensures that all the regional disclaimers are always up to date. Every presentation or section within the document can be colour coded with one click of a button. All frequently needed items (such as pre-formatted key message boxes etc) can also be inserted separately on the slide from easy to use thumbnail selectors.

New Smart Chart Tool for MS Office Charts
This is the most elegant chart solution as it allows for formatting of existing graphs, combination graphs and set sizes. A formatting toolbar is presented within Excel and charts can then be created within native Excel as before. The chart will automatically re-format using one single button on the toolbar.
The charts are branded and any formatting style such as colour sequence, fonts, axis and series settings, 2D/3D effect, standard size etc. can be hard coded in the toolbar for ease of operation, saving long hours spent by average users in achieving the brand look manually.
